I take pride in my craftsmanship and customer relationships. I work closely with clients to understand their goals, solve problems, and provide affordable housing solutions that exceed expectations.
Jadian Longo (Owner & Director of Operations)
As a licensed realtor and entrepreneur with over four years of hands-on experience in real estate, construction, and project management in Las Vegas. I began my journey at one of the cities highest-producing brokerages, serving as the brokers executive while leading the flip and construction division. During that time, I remodeled over 80 properties throughout Las Vegas, managing budgets ranging from $10,000 to $480,000 and designing for the area’s largest investor.
Today, I co-own and operate Shea Construction & Co., alongside my partner, Patrick Shea. As the driving force behind the business, I oversee everything from client acquisition and bid writing to job supervision and administrative operations. We are a proud, locally owned family business focused on quality and transparency.
